FAQs

What materials can the Hog Crusher process besides concrete?

The crusher handles brick, block, stone, asphalt, and non-reinforced concrete, with the only exception being marble. It processes abrasive materials down to 2 inches or less, making crushed stone suitable for backfill, gravel driveways, and job site filler needs.

What hydraulic requirements does this concrete crusher need?

The attachment requires a minimum hydraulic flow of 14 GPM and can handle up to 24 GPM. Any machine providing 15+ GPM will automatically receive the High Torque (HCR50H) motor for optimal performance.

How much can I save on disposal costs with this mobile crusher?

Contractors have reported significant savings on disposal costs by processing concrete and stone materials on-site instead of hauling to off-site facilities. This reduces dumpster fees and transportation expenses while providing reusable material for your bottom line.

Why the Hog Crusher?

“The Hog Crusher has been a game changer on my job sites. Instead of trucking off scrap CMU and paying for a dumpster drop-off, pickup, daily rental, labor, and dump fees, we’re saving hundreds, usually $300–$400 just on the dumpster alone. With the Hog Crusher, we can process 6–8 tons an hour, and it works great every time.
